FreeVimager

FreeVimager is a viewer and picture editor for Windows. It can also play AVI video files and certain types of audio files. There are many tools integrated in this program to accomplish tasks. But what is wonderful with FreeVimager is that no installation is required, FreeVimager works as a standalone exe file. Some features:
